The Impact of Strategic Planning on Achieving Organizational Agility

This study investigates the impact of strategic planning on organizational agility at the University of Zawia, focusing on four dimensions: flexibility, speed, sensing, and decision-making. Using a descriptive analytical approach and a sample of 35 administrative staff, the findings reveal a strong and statistically significant effect of strategic planning on all agility dimensions (R² = 0.840; p < 0.001). The study underscores the importance of strategic planning in enhancing institutional adaptability and responsiveness, recommending its reinforcement across all administrative levels.
