Quality of Work Life: A Modern Administrative Approach and Its Role in Achieving Sustainable Development from the Perspective of Faculty Members

Abstract

  This study aims to highlight the role of the quality of work life in achieving sustainable development. To achieve this goal, the descriptive and analytical approach was relied upon, using statistical programs that serve this purpose.

  The results of the study indicate that the quality of work life has a major role, as one of the modern administrative trends, in achieving sustainable development, which requires attention to it and all its dimensions.
