Authorship and Self-Archiving Policy

Authorship and Self-Archiving Policy

This policy outlines the ways in which authors of the Alghad Economic Journal may archive copies of their research on their personal websites, institutional platforms, or in subject-specific repositories, depending on the nature of the work.

The Alghad Economic Journal is an open-access journal, and the articles published in it are made available immediately according to the terms of the open-access license. When an author publishes an article under this license, the journal encourages the author to share the final published version rather than the accepted manuscript.

Authors are permitted to reuse basic article information—such as the title, author name, and publication date—on any medium or platform, including social media channels like LinkedIn and Facebook, as well as blogs, provided that they cite the original published article on the journal’s website and include the article’s Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

Authors may also archive the accepted version of their manuscripts on their personal websites, institutional repositories, or subject repositories. The journal does not impose any embargo period on the self-archiving of the accepted version.
