This study aimed to know the impact of organizational culture on adopting the environmental management system in Libyan institutions (National Institute for Cancer Treatment in Sabratha), and the importance of this is represented by the role that organizational culture can play in adopting the environmental management system, which benefits the sector as a whole and the quality of service, and monitoring the type of relationship that links organizational culture with environmental management and represents the study community in the workers at the National Institute for Cancer Treatment in Sabratha, and the researcher adopted the descriptive approach to analyze the data and prepared a questionnaire form as a tool to collect data related to the study, and the study concluded that there is a statistical relationship between organizational culture and the environmental management system, especially after organizational beliefs and after organizational norms, the study recommends working to establish an organizational culture that raises the level of environmental awareness among individuals working in Libyan institutions.
